Nexus/Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us across this site and your Nexus dashboard.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Nexus Trading & Packaging Ltd (“Nexus”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and the customer dashboard reachable from it (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what information we collect when you browse the site, request a quotation, create an account, or exchange messages with our team, and what we do with it.
The Service is built for business customers requesting and managing packaging, manufacturing, and materials orders — it is not directed at the general public or at children.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password (handled by our authentication provider — see “Third-Party Service Providers” below). During onboarding we ask for your company name, company size, which business lines you’re interested in, and how you heard about us.
Order and quotation information. When you submit a quotation request, we collect the business line it’s for, the materials and quantities or project brief you provide, and any reorder reminder schedule you set up.
Messages and files. If you message our team through your dashboard — including to share a design concept, sketch, or reference file — we store the message text and any attachment you upload (up to 16MB per file).
Communication preferences. If you opt in to WhatsApp reminders, we store the phone number you provide for that purpose.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — for security and reliability purposes. We don’t currently use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
We use the information above to:
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t use it to serve third-party advertising.
The Service is built on a small number of infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf:
Each provider only receives the data necessary to perform its function and is contractually restricted from using it for its own purposes.
We retain account, order, and message information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations, and to resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see “Your Rights and Choices” below.
Depending on where you’re located, applicable data protection law may give you additional rights over your personal information. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under such law.
We rely on our infrastructure providers’ security controls (encryption in transit, access controls, and authenticated sessions) to protect information handled by the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we expect appropriate safeguards to be in place consistent with applicable data protection law.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
If you have a question about this policy or want to exercise any of the rights described above, the fastest way to reach us is to sign in and message our team from your dashboard. You can also write to us at the registered business address of Nexus Trading & Packaging Ltd.
